Take LVN program before RN or just go straight to RN???

Hey everybody!!

I really need some help. I am 22 years old and I am now attending Pierce College in CA. I am doing the Pre-reqs for the RN program but I am just so lost. I am debating if I should take the LVN program so at least when I take the RN program I have a little head start. My other plan is to take the pre-reqs and go to a private school for the RN program bc there is no wait. I want to finish as soon as possible because I have a daughter and I need to start working. So if I take the LVN route... I do that program and then do the RN bridge at AV college and then get my BSN at CSUN. Or i just go to MSMC get my RN then transfer to CSUN to get my BSN... however, if i take the private school route its going to be more expensive....

My goal is to be a nurse anesthetist....my uncle told me to take the lvn program first..but i just need help...i really dont know what to do..... i need to know what would be a better idea....

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
