Default Re: still not working
I'm a May 08 grad and wasn't working for awhile as well (well.. still not but got my first job offer today!) I didn't think I would EVER find a job, but I decided to pick up and move to a more thriving location, and then apply everywhere and try to be as flexible as possible. I also was very big on follow up calls to whichever hospitals had phone numbers to nurse recruiters (for some hospitals they just don't want to be contacted ) And THEEEEEEN I finally started getting interviews. Now I finally got my first job offer today, and tomorrow I have yet another interview and things are finally starting to look up.

I think the key is just flexibility and persistence! And also keeping a positive attitude because that shines through and people can see if you have a negative and defeated attitude!

Good luck!
