I don't have my BSN yet, but am going to work on it.
My spouse had a BSN and used it to get a position in administration as a house supervisor. He then got a Masters in Health Care Administration and used that to get an even better job where education mattered.
There are plenty of opportunities that require a BSN, depends on what your goals are.
