RN to MFT

  1. Has anyone switched from a RN to MFT? (I understand it would be going back to school for a Master Degree.) If so,

    How do you like it?
What education track did you follow for your Masters - Science or Arts?
    Do you find it rewarding?
What do you wish you had known prior to switching?

Not sure about your actual question but you could get your Psych DNP instead of completely switching careers. Psych DNPs do therapy as well.

Anyways, my sister is an MFT and loves it to death, bu not a nurse.
