RN with Hepatitis B

hi everyone. i would like to get your opinion. can a foreign RN with hepatitis B [HBsAg positive, low infectivity] work in the US granting that all necessary exams have been taken and passed?

Depends on which state you decide to get licensed in. In NYS, you do not have to disclose your status, however there are no laws against an employer from inquiring about your health status once you are hired. And they can then withdraw their offer of employment.
