RN-BSN GPA questions

I am a traveling nurse researching online RN-BSN programs. Due to my lack of maturity while in college and medical problems while in nursing school, my GPA may not be up to par for the required 2.5 I find most schools require.
I have been an ER nurse for over 3 years, and have received nothing but stellar marks on all reviews.

I would like to start at any school (preferably an affordable school) to raise my GPA, and then perhaps transfer well reputed school and program.

Do schools accept below this? If so, which ones?
Is there a way to bring up my GPA without spending too much money/time on repeating many courses?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
