- by RN313 Feb 25I have been working as an RN on a neuroscience unit for 14 months and looking for a new job now. I have tons of references from clinical instructors from nursing school but is that still appropriate to use? I haven't had any interaction with these instructors since I graduated from nursing school. I cannot count on my supervisor to be a reference, but can find some coworkers if I need to.
