Questions re U. S. Nursing Certification Advice for My Fiancee

My fiancee just graduated with a BSN, passed her certification tests and was recently sworn in as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines. I am applying for a K1 fiancee visa to bring her to Las Vegas, where we will be married and where she will want to work as a nurse. It will be anywhere from 4 to 12 months before the fiancee visa comes through. My questions involve the Nevada requirements for her to be certified as a registered nurse.

Should she enroll in a NCLEX study program in the Philippines and take the NCLEX test there, or would she be better off to work in a Philippine hospital and get some nursing experience, then both study for and take the NXCLEX test in Las Vegas?

Does anyone have leads on NCLEX study courses in Las Vegas and approximate course prices?

Does she need to take and pass the ILETS before she can be certified in Las Vegas?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
