promoted as headnurse in icu

by balan01

i was so stressed with the responsibility assigned to me this year. Our hospital created an ICu and I was chosen to be the headnurse of the unit. can you please help me creating the policies, job descriptions and other pertinent information in creating an ICU? I was trained in one of the best hospital in our country but still I feel I am not that equipped in creating the ICU Manual in our hospital. IF ever, there are people or staffs that is already assigned or supervises this unit, I am gladly and patiently waiting for your reply. Thanks!
