Phone interview in a few hours!

Helppppppppp so what can I expect?!!!!!! I have a phone interview in a few hours and wasn't concerned b/c I used to be in recruiting but now I am! This is nursing!

I graduate in July so I'm doing the interview thing early! Any tips!

A bit of background...

This is just the initial phone interview and I've applied for a position in Mother/Baby as I am doing my preceptorship now in the NICU. I wanted a NICU position but they are not hiring right now. I graduate in July and expect to take the NCLEX in August.
