Older adults entering in nursing school is that a problem

Does any one have any ideas about older adults entering nursing school people in there 50s

I think normally it would not be a problem but times are so tough out there that age discrimination in nursing is alive and well...possible but one more hoop you'll have to jump in the worst nursing job market in recorded history.

I think ageism goes both ways. They think young people bring nothing to the field! Then they think older persons will be better prepared for the workplace and have "life experience" that younger persons don't.

It's a tough market got everyone!

As long as they can keep up with the physical demands of the job, nope. Not a problem.
