Nursing Student - Help on Private loans

Hi,

I have just received the great news that I am accepted in Metro State College's accelerated nursing program and am beginning the process of reviewing private loans (thinking I need about $60K to get through the program as we are told we cannot work during the 15 month program).

Can you share your experience? I am concerned about the predatory/rip off type private loans. I am looking at Chase Bank, and Wells Fargo.

Any suggestions and stories.

Thanks, and by the way I love the site, now that I am moving into nursing, I am spending a lot of time reading the posts.

Steve
