Nursing interns abroad?

Hi everyone! I'm new on this forum, so nice to meet you I'm writing because I'd like to hear your opinions about nursing internships abroad. I came across this company called Projects Abroad, and they offer loads of different internships abroad, that including nursing and midwifery projects. All of them sound really cool, and I'd really love to go to some South American country for a couple of weeks, and participate in one of those projects. Do you think it might be a useful experience, worth paying some extra money? I'll be grateful for all your comments. Thanks!
