Nursing Honor Society-beneficial for getting a job?

Hi

I recently got invited to join Sigma Theta Tau, and I wanted to know if it's something that you can just say you made it into the honor society OR are there benefits to being a member? I know I can put it on my resume, but will an interviewer take that into consideration and be impressed or is it a minor achievement?

I believe that you should certainly include this in your resume. All managers are different and who knows if they will be impressed by this or not.
