    I just graduated from nursing school and passed my boards. I have no patient care experience except for clinicals. I have had two interviews and both time I have been told I do not have enough experience. I am working towards another interview at a hospital where I really want to work. How do I get the experience needed to land me that nursing job?

    But seriously they didn't know you were a new grad before the interview? Maybe it was something like psych were they really need experience. Or maybe you came across immature or something at the interview (IDK you so just a simple suggestion).
