New hire Case management

I've worked as a bedside nurse for the last 5 years ( OB/GYN). I've received a job offer for a CM position with the similar medicaid population that I've worked with at the hospital. I'm nervous and excited. Would like to get some advice about case management since its completely new to me. Thanks!
