New grad looking to at least get an interview!!

I graduated this past semester with a BSN anda PHN license, I have already passed the boards and I am currently looking for a job. My ultimate interest is the OR and eventually I want to get a masters. I have applied for several entry level positions, some as far a 1 month ago, but I have not heared anything yet. Waiting is what kills me! I am more proactive person and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas where I can be proactive, have people meet me, and be someone to remember without being found anoying.

thanks for taking the time,

Any tips/ideas are thanked and welcomed.
