New Grad as an Immunization Nurse?

Hi I am a new grad and just like everyone else am having a hard time finding a job. However, I currently have 2 promising leads with immunization clinics. I have a few questions I would love some advise on.

I wondered what exactly immunization nurses do (other than the obvious)?
What skills are needed?
What work environment is like?
What complications I can expect to run into?
Nurses opinions on whether this type of job is appropriate for a new graduate?

Any help would be great! Thanks!

I am also curious if anyone can answer these questions since I am wondering the same thing.
The only response I have gotten after months of job hunting was for a PRN position as an immunization nurse.

There has to be more to it than just sticking people in the arm!
