New employer, Hospital vs. Agency

by wasup

Hello experienced people! I relocate soon, so I change job soon. In general, I already have few propositions from recruits and agencies. However, should I try to get a direct contract with a hospital in order to improve my benefits or salary or an agency would give me the same anyway?
And do you have negotiation tips ?
Thank you!
