Need a job in US; passed CGFNS and IELTS with good score

I am a Vermont State registered (active RN license) nurse who is waiting for a visa approval to come to USA. I have passed CGFNS and IELTS with required scores for visa approval. I have a visa case number at USCIS. Currently my visas process is stuck due the ban by the US government for recruiting international nurses. I would like to know is there any other way that I can come and get a nursing job in US by using my nursing education and experience?. Currently I am working as Nurse at Dubai, UAE.
