Need a job now!

I am an RN and live in Ohio...not a great place for nursing jobs....Currently doing auditing at a Clinical Research Office....but need more hours...enjoy medical record review, auditing, case managing....need to find something...would love to work from home...but can't seem to even have my resume looked at...I have been a nurse for 20 years and everyone is hiring those with less years worked so the pay is cheaper & the company can save money....really upset at this...just don't know what to do...Can't move..have a son...but may lose my house here shortly...any suggestions, please??
