Need help proofing resume

I was wondering if I could have someone with experience with hiring critique my resume. Thanks in advance.
Also, I was wondering, when asked the reason for leaving my current position, is family planning a good reason? Policy at my hospital doesn't allow pregant women to work with chemo, I'm a chemo nurse, and my request to transfer out is fizzling out and dying on someone's desk somewhere.
