need a change

I have been in HH for 5 years it was my first and
only position as an LPN. I would like to end up in OR
or OB after I finish my RN (not sure when that will be)
but I feel I need a change now. I feel like I know
nothing b/c I have never worked with another nurse.
I had 2 days of orientation and on my own since. Where
should I go from here?
