Moving to Tucson: Need advice on hospitals, clinics?

I'm moving to Tucson to get married. Live in OK now, will have been an RN for 1 year on June 5, 09. Been working on Adult Oncology floor at busy medical center in OKC. I don't even know where to start to look for a job. Anyone know of places I should avoid? Places that will be good to a new nurse? Any info would be great.

hello, I currently live in Tucson but am still a student so as far as working conditions i'm not sure, I know St Josephs is considered a really good hospital.
