Mother-Baby and NICU Interview Questions

Hi everyone!

I am about to be a new grad and have an interview coming up for a mother-baby position and a NICU position. Does anybody have any typical mother-baby/NICU interview questions I can prepare for? I have already prepared for basic questions related to strengths, weaknesses, conflict resolution with a coworker, etc. I'm very nervous about possible clinical questions...I'm not quite sure what I can do to prepare for these questions and how I am expected to answer them. Does anybody have any experience with these types of interview questions in Mother-Baby/NICU?
