Med Surg Telemetry RESUME help!

here's the scoop:

I am about to complete my FIRST year of nursing

I've been working on a med surg/tele floor and I am planning to transfer to a different city, but sticking with the same company.

How specific should the "responsibilities" be listed on a resume in regards to med surge duties and telemetry duties?

I was a regular staff RN.

What type of duties would I or SHOULD i list in my resume?

also do I include my student clinicals?

being just a 1st yr nurse, what can i include to help me improve my resume?
