MDS Coordinator

Hello
I am interested in becoming an MDS coordinator. I was wondering what it entails and if I went back to school what I would need a degree in...I am currently an Rn with an associates degree and have a bachelors degree in another field. How do I get become an MDS coordinator? Any advice would be great! Thanks.
