LPN in skilled unit

I think I am just anxious after not working for 6 months . . . but does anyone have advice to offer about working on a skilled unit? I worked in med-surg for 2 yrs. I have to go take a med test next week then I will start in the skilled unit. I feel like I don't know anything but I can't wait to go back to work! Help!

Calm down, breathe!

Review your med calculations.

What did you hate to do in your last job? Review notes on those procedures. Refresh normal vital ranges.

Good Luck
