LPN in skilled unit

  1. 0 i think i am just anxious after not working for 6 months . . . but does anyone have advice to offer about working on a skilled unit? i worked in med-surg for 2 yrs. i have to go take a med test next week then i will start in the skilled unit. i feel like i don't know anything but i can't wait to go back to work! help!
