Looking to change

Hello all:

I'm currently working on a med/surg floor that is killing me.

I am stressed all the time, I feel like a failure, and I am ready to do something else. SOmething where I am not wound up all the time, oppressed by the clock and glitches that happen every day.

So, I am looking to enter into a primary care/clinic situation.

How should one go about looking for a job while employed? And what can I expect in an MD office or urgent care clinic?
