Likelihood of New RN getting a job at Mayo Clinic?

I just found out today that I passed the NCLEX! Now it's time to look for jobs. I've already applied to ten positions at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL but I haven't had much luck. What is the chance of a new grad getting a job at Mayo Clinic? I did not work as a nurse tech, so the only hospital experience I had was during clinicals for school. But Mayo is where I want to be! Does anyone have any advice?? Any tips are greatly appreciated!

When I graduated nursing school almost 20 years ago, a classmate was also interested in moving to Minnesota for Mayo, applied for multiple positions there, and was hired straight out of school. i believe he is still there!
