Licensed 5 yrs ago & haven't worked

I graduated and became licensed (RN) in 1999, but never worked as a nurse. Is it too late for me to enter the nursing workforce?

Any suggestions on what I could do to display to potential employers that I'm still knowledgable? Or is it just simply too late?

it's not too late, but you'll probably have to take some sort of refresher course... you should also check with your BON what they require of you to keep your license (for example, we're required to have 1125 hours of nursing experience in the past 5 years in order to keep our license)...
