Job interview with entrance exam

I have a job interview coming up with an extrance exam on general med/surg questions. It also has a pharm component. I'm a graduate nurse (graduated May 2011, still looking and looking and looking........) I'm nervous I have forgotten more than I remember and wonder what is recommended to study for this exam, expecially the pharmacology?

Thanks for your help!! I've had more "thanks, but no thanks" than I care to remember, but this is my calling and I'll keep moving forward. I'm enrolled RN to BSN and looking to figure out where to get my ACLS and PALS on my own. Any suggestions for where to go for that in Florida?
