job description rn ltac

I have been working at an LTAC since I graduated from nursing school and am ready to start looking for something different. The job is so difficult and all encompassing, that I want to make sure I have a good job description on my resume to demonstrate all of the skills that I have learned since I have gone into professional practice. But, I am having a difficult time coming up with a good description. Does anyone have any help or ideas for me?
