Jewish home for the Aging nursing job

Hello. I am a new grad looking for a nursing job and I am thinking of Jewish Home for the Aging. Anyone know about the facility in Reseda?? They are adding more buildings and beautiful. I would like to know about the working conditions, starting pay, and benefits and if you have any good or bad experiences, I need your input. Please help!!
