Is it worth going for my CNA2?

I'm a CNA1 and an RN I met told me about getting my CNA2. She said it would be more helpful in the long run and I'll have more skills to prepare me for an RN when I'm finished with school. My question is...is it worth it. I like being a CNA but the place I work at makes me hate my job...(7 people quit in on day) its that bad. I want to be sort of comfortable until I'm done with school and have better pay. So if anyone have advice on a route to go, I would appreciate it and also have anyone went from CNA1 to CNA2, how much did your pay increase? I was thinking about MED TECH, but I love the hands on. What is something I can do, until I'm done with school? Thanks guys.!
