Insurance/Case Management

I'm a new nurse who is currently working in the hospital in the NICU. Don't get me wrong, I realize how lucky I am to be in that area as a new grad, and I am very grateful. However, I know already (and I had a feeling in nursing school) that I am not cut out for the hospital. I love doing boring predictable jobs like paperwork. I want to move into an office setting and would love some case management/insurance/sales types of jobs. Any advice from veterans?
