Info About Distant Learning Program

Hi.
Today I got a card in the mail for a Distant Learning Program, Coastal Education Institute - Pittsburgh. Is anyone familiar with this program? If you go through a program such as this, is it harder to get a job after you graduate? I am looking for a part time Associates in Nursing. I have to work full time and currently i am attending penn State for my prereqs. I was planning to go to a Nursing School in the area but can not seem to find a part time rn program. What is the thought about Distant Learning Programs?
Thanks
