Ideal Career for frustrated RN

I get tired of taking care of seven to ten patients each night I work, with hourly rounds and mistakes that I make even when I really am trying harder to do better. I work on a very busy, short staffed oncology floor. I get to this point every year after having more patients than I feel I can handle even though that is the normal number for nights. What is the ideal career for someone who makes mistakes with a lot of patients and just needs a change of scenery.
