i want to advance in nursing career in pediatrics

Hello fellow nurses,
i would like to advance in my nursing career. however i would still like to work with kids. Any ideas in what career path i can work towards to get there. I know i want to get my MSN and I currently work in pediatrics now for a couple of years and i enjoy. does anyone know of any ideas of how i can further myself but still focusing on children?
