Hi,

I specialised in Nephrology straight after qualifying and absolutly loved it. Initially i was on the acute admission ward which was fast paced, then I wa a CAPD training RN, then i went onto Heamodialysis. There are lots of interesting avenues to explore as a Renal Nurse.
