I have some ideas, but . . .

by Tucwebb

what employement directions might be available for an newer RN (second career) with 20 years experience working with lawyers, doing administrative office work and some paralegal work. I know I can work as a Nurse Paralegal, but if I wanted to stay in a healthcare setting, what other options might be available for me? I love working with patients, but as I get older I think I want to do more administrative type work instead. Thank you all for your advice.
