I have a few questions for nurses.. mind helping out?

I am not a nursing student, yet... but I am very sure that I would like to be. However, I have an assignment for school where I have to interview a nurse (any type of nurse) and use that information in a project. So, if you could, please take a few minutes and answer the following questions to the best of your ability. Thank you so much.

!. Your name, and career.
2. What is the most important "thing" you want to tell me about your career?
3. What led you to this career?
4. Average salary/wage range: Entry:_____ Mid-point in career:____ Upper:____ (Please estimate if you do not know.. thanks.)
5. How many hours do you work each day?
6. How many days do you work each week?
7. Describe your work and working conditions (including your likes/dislikes)
8. What special skills or talents are needed for this job?
9. What high school courses helped you prepare for this job?
10. What education or training beyond high school prepared you for this job?
11. What do you want to be doing ten years from now?

Again, thanks for helping me out. Please email me the answers, and I would very much appreciate if you could leave your email with me so that I may contact you with any questions that I may have.

-Jessica S.
