Well, an anesthesiologist is a physician (MD or DO) -- do you perhaps mean you want to know about how to become a nurse anesthetist, since you are asking the question on a nursing site?
To become an anesthesiologist, you would need an baccalaureate degree, four years of medical school, and an anesthesia residency (at least four years, longer if you want to subspecialize).
