Hospital school or college??

I have a choice of getting into either a college to do my RN or going thru the hospital school of nursing, which takes three years to get the RN degree.
I am planning on relocating to Canada after I obtain the RN degree.
If I want to go thru the PW route, do you think I would qualify, if I do thr three years RN degree?

Thank you
