Help... Question about working in another state

Hey everyone, I have a question that I hope someone can answer, I cant find anything on Google to answer it. I live in Southern Indiana and I am wanting to work in Louisville, KY which is about 29 miles from my house. I have an Indiana License, what do I have to do in order to work in KY? Do I need to somehow get a KY license? Or since I live so close can I work in KY? I am wanting to know before I apply so I can get that all worked out and no one else will get the job before I do because I dont have a KY license.
Thanks in advance!
