HELP :'(

So I was enrolled in a BSN nursing program and acquired 113 credits of the 120 needed. I withdrew in the spring because of trouble with this one 7 credit course. I went back this fall and withdrew again. I don't want to return to that program, but what am I supposed to do with all those credits and no degree?

I've been looking into other BSN programs and all those credits won't transfer, same with associates program, and diploma. I'm really confused and upset. Advice or alternatives or some type of degree I could get somehow with those credits not being majority wasted. Help!
