Healthcare Management....

...can someone give me any insight on what these people really do. I search on websites but I'd rather get some information from personal experiences. I'm thinking about an undergrad in Business and grad in Healthcare Administration. Any information such as salary, job description, etc. would be very helpful. I know that hospitals, nursing homes, etc need someone up top to run it but what are YOUR thoughts. I'm constantly on a seesaw between nursing and healthcare mgmt. I am not doing very well in nursing so far. Healthcare mgmt was my FIRST choice.
