Exp RN seeking info about AB Staffing Arizona

I am considering a VA contract with AB Staffing contract is unclear to me

Can I get a permanent job with the government after working for one year

for the agency as I am being told by the recruiter. It is not stated in the

contract so I am concerned about this....Anyone who can advise about this!
