Evening class nursing programs-?middle Tn

I have always wanted to be a nurse. Had vocational schooling for an LPN program in Michigan, 1984-1986 but now live in Tn. These credits won't transfer, life is passing me by; without being the nurse I intended on being. I am now seriously looking into nursing programs again, and work during the day.Are there any schools that have evening programs? -specifically in middle Tn. area?
Thanks for any help at all on this matter.

I entered the ASN program at Aquinas 1 1/2 yrs. at age 36. As far as I know there are no evening classes for the nursing programs in Mid TN. Some of the pre-req and co-reqs you may be able to take in the evenings, but not the nursing classes since you will have to do clinicals during the day. We were strongly encouraged not to work while in nursing school. I am fortunate enough to work in Surgery on the weekends and have some studying time available between cases. There are several nurses that told me they lived on student loans to finish nursing school. I don't know if you can do that or not but also the school may be able to help you with some income such as work study.
